Applied online at least a dozen times for all sorts of finance jobs. Finally got a phone interview. Went ok. They brought me in 6 days later. I consider that prompt. Had an interview with 5 people, 45 minutes each... This was the first company that did not even offer me a glass a water in the entire 4 hours.. The hiring manager interviewed asking very detailed behavioral questions. The other ones did not ask questions too specific, just chatting.... One Director was chewing a gum and staring at his laptop screen the entire time..- how unprofessional.... They told me they would get back to me in a week.. I followed up after 1 week, after 2 weeks and after 3 weeks. Dead silence... Finally, after 4 weeks got an automated reply that I did not the job.. No explanation why... Overall, very poor experience. No respect for candidates.
