From the point of being interview to your first day could take about 3-4 weeks depending on how long your background check takes. I applied one day and maybe about three days later I received a brief phone interview which lead into scheduling for a face to face interview. The phone interview were basic questions. The manager interviewed me face to face who was some what intimidating but kind.

What is an example of you showing customer service.
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time
