I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sears (West Babylon, NY) in Oct 2009
Interview
Applied in person. After handing my application, I was called in to the office for a "on the spot" interview. Completely unaware that I was about to be interviewed. I was dressed with black pants and a dress top. Manager asked a few questions about experience and a few questions on travel and availability. Overall easy interview.
