Very Straightforward; managers want to make sure you have availability for the scheduling they need to be able to make so that was extremely big for them Make sure that you note if you are looking for an entry level role as they take pride in giving people opportunities to put their foot into the job market

Asked the typical general questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. Had a follow up interview scheduled, but when I came in, they didn't know they had scheduled a follow up and wasted an hour of my time while they were trying to find out. Turns out the offer was already filled but they did not have the decency to inform me that my follow up was supposed to be cancelled.

it was a quick interview. i was asked to set an outfit for a young lady in 15 minutes. then i explained about what i chose. and we had little discussion about sears and their line of products. i also mentioned some ideas about merchandising.
