Called in for interview. Given 1 one-on-one interview in the store. Was not aware of Sears culture at time of interview. Dressed in relaxed office attire which I perceived interviewer interpreted as sign of respect for her and the establishment. Interviewer was "all knowing" and did not share accurately hours I would be getting.
