Applied online and it took 2 weeks for them to call me and scheduled an interview the next day. I got there about 10-15 minutes early and went to the counter to let them know I was there for an interview. I was told to wait in the office until the dept. manager got in there. She interviewed me and said I seemed shy and when we were done she told me to sit back in the office because she was going to get the other manager for the second interview and after about 4 minutes she came back and said she couldn't find him and they'd call me either later or tomorrow. I got an email about 3 days later saying they wouldn't be moving on with me. They're was Hiring now signs posted at every corner of the store and they recently put up more job postings. I thought the interview went well but apparently not

Explain a time where you gave or received excellent customer service
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time
