Very basic getting to know the prospective employee, how they might fit with the company. My interview was one on one with the department leader; towards the end of the interview I was introduced to an assistant store manager, although aside from exchanging pleasantries, he was not really involved in the interview aside from asking me how I would rate my customer service/people skills.

Tell me about yourself, tell me one time you received good customer service, do you feel comfortable asking customers to open credit cards?
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time
