I applied online and received a phone call the following day asking if i would like to come in for an interview at 2 pm. I showed up about 15 minutes early. Everyone in the office was very polite and friendly. The department manager came in and we did a 1:1 interview in a private room. She asked the basic customer service questions. She was nice and explained clearly what they were expecting in an employee. She emphasized my availability being open, i had said i was available everyday with no limitations. She asked several times if i was sure about my availability and if i was going to change my mind once i was hired, which i said i wouldn't. It ended about 2:30 and she said that i would be a good fit and that they wanted to schedule a second interview. They said they'd call and let me know when it was. So i got almost out the door and they asked me to come back to HR over the PA system. I returned and they said they were in fact able to squeeze me in today. So i went back and waited until 2:45 and met with the store manager. He invited me into his office and asked 1 or 2 customer service questions and then went into like 5 or 6 about how i felt about shopping online and what my favorite pieces of technology were and why. Which i kind of felt was odd considering it really didn't have to anything to do with what i was applying for. We finished about 3:15 and was offered the job. I then went back into the main office and filled out employee info into the system through their computer. I was then told i'd have to take a drug test, so i had to go that day to a third party company and take one. They called me about 4 days later and scheduled orientation.
