Interview
I filled out an online application, and I guess if your answers match their system answers, you are prompted right then and there to schedule an interview time. I got to my interview, and the lady told me how their online system isn't accurate and if I could come back in at a later time, so I did. I arrived, waited about 15 minutes, and proceeded with the interview with the Customer Service Manager. She asked about my availability and other typical interview questions. She asked if I could hang around for a few minutes to wait for the second interview with the Human Resources Manager. I ended up waiting for an hour, when the Customer Service Manager comes out and informs me that she guesses they do not have a sales associate position, but a cashier position instead. I was fine with that. The lady for my second interview told me how they weren't certain on if they had any cashier positions left because their manager didn't let them know. She asked more scenario type questions. The interviews went great, and I really got along well with the ladies. The Human Resources Manager said she would have their manager call me ASAP. I have yet to hear from them.
The staff was very friendly, but seemed very unorganized.

It was my first job, and it was a fairly standard interview at the time. It was difficult, because the hiring manager was not there, despite having should been. I was told to check back for three days in a row, before the person that made me the offer just happened to be there and decided to conduct an interview after three days of checking back.
