Interview
Sears Holdings is a great company to work for because the culture is welcoming and relaxed. I never felt any pressure going into the interview or speaking with the employees for the first time because they are all very approachable and this made me comfortable. Due to me not having any nerves I was able to answer all interview questions to the best of my ability, and not once did I have a mental stumble. In terms of the work culture and people, everyone working at Sears is there to help you if you are struggling, and they will ensure that you get the help you need if you are having trouble with a certain task. In my opinion it is a very stress-free work environment due to the great culture in store.
