Video call for cultural fit, then video call for general Android competency and online coding assignment. On site involved multiple 1v1's featuring the Lead Android dev, VP of Engineering, CTO, and CEO. There's a casual lunch in between with a few engineers where you get to learn more about the people.
Altogether, the onsite process was 6 hours - rigorous, but that should give you an idea of the level of quality that they expect of their applicants.
Expect to do some whiteboarding and talk through how you would develop hypothetical apps. Know your Android patterns, know how you would compose a layout in XML based on wireframe images, know your core Java. Understand their product, why they exist, what problem they're trying to solve, and ideas for how you can make it better.
They are incredible, very knowledgeable people across the board and are passionate about building a great product. I declined the offer for personal reasons outside of their control.
