      Marketing Strategy Manager Interview

      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SeatGeek (New York, NY) in Sep 2015

      Interview

I applied online to the position I was interested in, received an email back within a few days, got sent a take home case that I had a week to submit back to them, heard back that I passed the take home test and got set up for a 1:1 phone screen, had the phone screen with someone who would be on my team, then had an in-person interview with the person who would be my manager, then moved along the the final round. Final round interview was in the office in New York (I was flown out and put up in a hotel), and involved 4 rounds - another peer from my potential team, my potential manager, and both founders. Interviews were a mix of behavioral questions and case questions. Overall the whole process was handled in a very casual, professional way and I got a great sense of the company and the job I would be doing. Always feel free to ask questions throughout the process - everyone is very helpful.
