I had an email invitation to interview, then was asked to submit a number of items via email for the interview team to review. Upon review I was offered an in person interview. In the in person I was interviewed by 8 people for 50 minutes. A few days later I had a phone interview with the principal.
30 minute panel interview with at least one administrator and other staff members. You get the questions 10 to 15 minutes ahead of time and can jot notes. The interviewers take turns asking questions and writing notes about your responses.
