Such a bizarre, sketch interview process that was swarming with red flags. I shouldn't have let them waste weeks of my life. The owner is an unstable egomaniac, which is why I'm disappointed I only got to meet him during the final round. I knew then that it was never going to be a compatible workplace. The process was a series of zoom calls ending with a multi-day in-person interview onsite in Chicago. After seeing some of the reviews, I'm glad I turned it down. No one onsite seemed happy.
