Interview
The hiring and interview process was very smooth. They give you so much information and make you feel super confident and comfortable. I am new to this field and was worried for no reason. Such an incredible experience.
Phone interview. There is an initial first short phone call before official job interview. Second interview includes a few questions about yourself and about job opportunity. You speak a little about yourself and your experience. Then you speak about motivation and reasons to work in this field.

Interview
The interview was super simple. They called me to set up a 15 minute phone interview. They just ask qualification questions which are "do you have a personal vehicle and insurance" so this is also more of an outside sales role as you go door to door. The role is not real consulting. Basically, if a company wants a lower energy bill, you just call a bunch of energy companies and try to find them a lower rate. Most companies have someone in operations or have the office assistant do that. I wouldn't recommend a role like this to anyone looking to start out their professional career. To continue the disappointment, even though the job description said 50-80k per year, thats not a salary, thats just estimated commission earnings. Also under benefits it says "all holidays off" and my interview was on a holiday so I'm not sure what holidays they mean but they need to work on having a more qualified job posting. The role wasn't a fit for me & I withdrew from the interview process.

Pretty quick and she seemed very nice. 2nd interview went well as well. Looking forward to see where this goes. Little skeptical but ready to get out comfort zone and expand my knowledge.
