The first call is from a recruiter, the second from a hiring manager, the third is a panel interview, and the final is with an executive. They were pretty quick about getting in touch with me.
The screening with the recruiter and the initial interview were very positive experiences, people were quite nice and gave a very good idea of the job. However, the panel interview - good luck. Don't be more poised in the interview than the panel will like because they will claim that it's AI and will ask you extremely condescending questions about your knowledge and your ability. If you are smarter than them in any way or well prepared for your interview, they will treat it as a threat.
All in all, if this is the culture at the company - full of people that are looking to undermine you or exclude you immediately, this is probably not the company for you.

Other Project Manager Interview Reviews for Sectra
I applied online. I interviewed at Sectra (Mississauga, ON) in May 2026
Interview
HR screening, then lengthy cognitive and personality tests followed by 3 interviews with hiring manager and directors. Communication between the interviews was relatively quick and then radio silence after the final interview.
The recruiters are very helpful. It seems like a top down interview process in general. It didn’t seem to matter how you did at each step until the end. It was about one month.
