The interview process was lengthy, and included an initial call with HR, screening by a senior member of the team, a training presentation and question session with everyone on the team including the manager (~1.5hrs total), and call with the CEO.

The way this company interviews you would have thought you applied to NASA. Overall the process took over 3 months and included an aptitude test, a demo presentation and a final interview with the companies CEO. If you’re actively applying and looking to make a career move quickly, this company is not for you.
