Do not, I repeat DO NOT interview with this company. They strung me along and misled me for MONTHS. The job posting will say that it is fully remote, everyone on the team will tell you that it's fully remote, and then in the end they will tell you that you need to relocate to be on site because of your "experience level". The interview process was long and difficult. There was a phone screen with a third party HR company, then an interview with the hiring manager. Then, a panel interview with employees ranging from engineer to VP. They have you prepare a 15 minute presentation (which I spent SO MUCH TIME ON, sacrificing personal time since I went through this process while also working full time). The next step is an unofficial offer and then final interview with the CEO. This is where I got screwed over. Out of nowhere they're telling me that I'd have to relocate to Connecticut. I expressed to them how disappointed I am given how excited I was for the position and how much time I (and the people I interviewed with) invested throughout the process. All I got from the recruiter was "I'll take that feedback" and got hung up on. Biggest waste of time, and such a deceitful way to get people to move to their office. Do not do it.
