I submitted a resume and cover letter in response to an add on Craigslist. Later got a call for a phone pre-screen. Had a great conversation that lasted about an hour. Made me feel very comfortable. About 2 weeks later I was called in for an in person interview. That was also fun and easy going. That interview took place at Panera Bread. Very informal. I was supposed to have a 3rd interview but they ended up just offering me the job.
