I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Security Benefit Group (Topeka, KS)
Interview
I had one phone screen, then one interview in person. I met with two directors, both great to talk to and work with. It was a pretty standard interview. The company is a bit on the old school side, being a bit more conservative and traditional in their approach to employment, but great group of folks to work with.

Interview
It was a fairly short interview with mainly behavioral questions. I was asked to elaborate a little on experiences listed on my resume.
