My first interview was with an HR intern which went very well, and then a few days later I was told that I would be meeting with the team in person for a second round interview. Shortly after this I was then told that instead of the whole team I would only be interviewed by one developer over a zoom call instead of in person. From the start of the interview the developer seemed like he didn't even want to be there and it was an inconvenience for him. I then have to wait almost a month to hear anything back from them only to hear that other candidates are meeting with the whole team instead of just one but that I would hear back within the week and that they are interviewing one last person. Well another month goes by and I hear back from them again saying that the team wanted to interview one last person even though they said they would be done with the process almost a month ago. I do not blame HR at all but I think that the whole process was all over the place and was overall a very bad experience when they could have just said they weren't moving on with me from the start instead of making me wait almost 3 months for the whole thing.

It was nice and simple at first but after the first round interview I heard nothing from the company at all and was ghosted from any sort of reply in any form or manner
