I applied online in June and had a video call with the Hiring Manager. I was moved to the next round in about a week and spoke with three other members of the team. I thought the interviews went well overall. The last step was to complete an assignment regarding a product launch. Honestly, I did not have much experience in a product launch per say. But I have worked with Dir. of Product and have Compliance experience which was a bulk of the role. I received a rejection letter a week after submitting the assignment. I was hoping to have received some feedback since I did populate the steps to the best of my knowledge from working with the product team. To HR/Hiring Manager, please provide some feedback especially when the candidate has put time and effort to complete and submit an assignment. At least to know what they could have performed better.
