2 interviews, one with hr and the other with the dining manager. The hiring manager seemed super excited with me and said I would meet with 2 other people. I responded to the recruiter with a thank you note. Then the ghosting process kicked in for a couple of weeks. Finally, I get a notice that they would not be continuing with my candidacy. There were some red flags with how the existing team is set up and functioning within the org. They did seem very upfront though, informing me of a round of layoffs they just did at the start of the interviews. After further research into what they are doing, I would not work for this company or use their products/services. Everything they are doing can be done for free with a little education and time.
