I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SecurityScorecard in Mar 2023
Interview
Horrible interview experience. Was scheduled to interview with the CEO and he ghosted the interview. Had three other interviews, and the last interviewer was completely disinterested. 4 weeks later and nobody from the company has gotten back to me.

Other Executive Recruiter Interview Reviews for SecurityScorecard
I interviewed at SecurityScorecard (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Applied online and interviewed with the recruiter. He was incredibly unwelcoming and cold—so much so that if I had been asked to continue I would have declined. He also had children screaming in the background which made it difficult to hear any of the questions he was asking. I completely understand working from home and the difficulties that presents but he never once apologized for the hugely distracting shouting and was visibly irritated when I had to continually ask him to repeat himself. He had no personable skills and his only response to everything I said was, ‘okay.’ I couldn’t believe this was the face of their talent department. He only seemed to lighten up and and be energized when I asked him questions about himself. Terrible experience—as a recruiter I feel it’s important to make candidates feel welcome and make them feel like they would want to work for your company. Regardless of whether I was the right fit, he was very rude and inconsiderate. When I asked what the hiring process looked like, he said that candidates would be meeting with other recruiters on the team but the decision was essentially up to him and he had the final say so if he wanted to hire someone then they’d be hired. What’s the point of having other people involved in the process if their opinion doesn’t matter? Total power trip. Hopefully they actually read this and take this into consideration so candidates have a better first impression of their company.
