I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SecurityScorecard (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2023
Interview
Fast pace - completed all rounds in ~2 weeks. Good organization, and I was always updated.
Everyone was genuine, interested to meet me and shared their perspective to figure out if there is mutual fit. The CEO was very open in my last round, which I really liked.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions included functional area, relevant experience and behavioral / culture, as one might expect. They were not easy, but also not intended to trick / get / trip.
I see the majority of interview processes were negative, unfortunately mine was no exception.
The process took more than 2 months:
* seven rounds of interviews
* one take home test, for which I invested more than 2 hours
* three online tests
I was ghosted after that for more than a month, with no responses to my emails, until I received an automated email.
Despite the negative experience, it's only fair to mention that all the interviewers were super nice and pleasant to talk to. It's a shame that the process ended up in such an unprofessional manner.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SecurityScorecard (New York, NY) in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview Process was great - I met all key stakeholders that I work with today. It was engaging and made me think outside of the box - the only feedback I have is it was lengthy which can be challenging when you already have a job.

Question 1
What experience do you have working cross functionally.
Put through immediately to interview with VP, rescheduled once due to the VP having a sudden conflict. Interview went well, no follow up or reply to mine. Ghosted. How hard is it to just sent an email saying you're not moving forward?
