A complete mess and a waste of my time. I had a total of 7 interviews, they kept asking me to meet with one more person and one more person which was a major time commitment. I had gotten a verbal offer however they wanted to do one more final 15 minute interview with the Co-founder and another c-suite employee. I was peppered with questions and expected to give full answers in only 15 minutes. The co-founder also spent several of those minutes speaking and really just sounded like he liked the sound of his voice. The other reviews on this person being difficult and a megalomaniac all seem to ring extremely true. I consider it a blessing to not get an offer as I was already on the fence about working here and speaking with this co-founder really solidified how horrible they are for the organization and there's nothing anyone can do about it. Even the hiring manager commiserated with me by saying something along the lines of "yeah he's a founder so not much we can do." Tips for the future, if you know the co-founder could say no and throw a wrench into weeks of work, then have him interview all candidates first. This was a complete waste of mine and the team's time.
