Interview
The first step was a PI behavioral and personality index assessment. While I passed this phase, I found the process a bit degrading for a senior level position. Next was an awkward interview with their head of recruiting. After an interview with the hiring manager, a third interview was set up with the head of customer success which was canceled 5 mins before the interview. The coordinator indicated the interview would be rescheduled then never responded to follow up messages.
