I had three rounds of interview and one online test. 1st was by the HR BP as an introductory round followed by the 2nd round with the Senior Management (Director and VP) where my logical reasoning and problem-solving techniques were evaluated. I was then given a 1 hour personality and IQ test which I took from home. The 3rd round was with the Head of TA who is based out of the U.S to understand my style of working and my approach. For the offer discussion, I was called back to the office for negotiation and all my doubts/queries were resolved. The offer letter was sent to me on email on the same day. It was a quick one week process. ** While on notice, I was also invited for a party they had in light of completing 3 years in Pune. I applaud their employee connect which won me over. Even though I had not joined their company at that time, I was already made a part of their family.
