I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sedgwick
Interview
I had a phone interview that was really informal - just make sure you are in a good mood and feeling social and you should be fine. After that is a group interview with you in front of multiple leaders. When I showed up it was very informal and they were all dressed casual.

Question 1
I had an interview with a few leads and it was very casual. They asked me about my ability to work independently, be organized and emphasized customer service.
I give up on these jobs, I got denied for a job I know I was qualified for! I’m already licensed for claims just need to reinstate my license. They didn’t even ask me any “star” questions. I didn’t feel confident once it was over because they barely asked me anything. I’m annoyed by the interview and how it went. I got rejected , but I sent a thank you email anyways. Im still trying to understand how they went with other candidates and they themselves said the other people would have to go through the licensing portion of the roll
Between AI and poor interviews they are missing out
Straightforward interview process. No trick questions and professional, cordial interviewers. They don’t waste time hiring and are very personable. Working at Sedgwick was an overall great experience with full benefits.
