Interview
I will not go into details other than that the person with whom I was interviewing with was very arrogant and rude beyond belief. It was a complete waste of not only my time and hers. She had attitude, was argumentative and insulted me a few times. I stayed polite and she asked me if I had any questions, which gave me the chance to ask what I was most curious about and she did not like it one bit. I had asked her why the high turn over rate with this position as the job posting has been up several times. She took offense to it and took the chance to insult me once more. Her reasoning for the job being up a lot told me what I already knew based on her behavior. She jestered around saying " It hasn't been up that much, just since September. As you can see I don't need to hire for this position, my back room is immaculate and my store is beautiful and that's because I have a great team. The only reason I am looking now is because the acting manager is leaving and I need to replace her. If you had done your research and read our reviews you would know better and that this place is great to work for. My store at the other location does over a million a year, I do not need anyone, I have over qualified people applying for this position, yet you applied." Mind you I was completely professional the entire time. Basically with her answers and behavior it told me that she was not a great person to work for and that she took advantage of another employees willingness to help with out paying her properly for over 7 months. If she was willing to act this way with me a complete stranger, I can only imagine how she actually treats those below her. I have worked with her type before and will never do it again.

Interview
DM greeted me, then had me wait outside for 20 minutes while she took care of an issue inside. Nice person, but totally wasted my time by being late and not screening my salary so she would know that I was not in their range. Overall I was disappointed in the professionalism.
