I interviewed at See's Candies (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I first received an email from the recruiter listing times for me to select for a conversation. She and I had a half hour phone conversation. In my thank you/follow up email, I sent some work samples. The recruiter got back to me the next day with an interview offer. Then I met with the Creative Director for a 45 minute conversation over Zoom. The recruiter followed up with me and asked if I would put together an "Inspiration Board" - seasonal copy and visuals that could be used for a Mother's Day campaign. I didn't hear back for about 4 days, so I sent a follow up email. A few days later I received a call saying that they went in another direction. It was a bummer, but very polite and the experience was creative and fun.

Question 1
Most of the interview was discussing my resume and interest. I was also going to graduate school so accepting the position would have meant juggling school and working full-time, so we talked about the feasibility of that. The CD said it has been done before, and not necessarily a dealbreaker. She explained that they get busy around seasonal holidays, which made sense, and sometimes hire extra help at that time. I would probably be prepared to answer what my favorite See's candy is. Good luck :)
