I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at SeekOut (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2021
Interview
Very personable, my initial interview was with the VP of Sales who I immediately felt like I talked to a friend. We shared a lot of similar philosophies on sales, building a team, and habits. He was so transparent with expectations and process. I then interviewed with the Head of People who I appreciated, did not sugar coat the job - with the goal in mind that she demonstrated the culture clearly. That's when I became obsessed with the people and the company. I met with a current senior AE, who wasn't really interview just let me pick her brain. My final interview was with Anoop, very conversational and more around a CEO wanting to hear what I thought of the tool and how I saw myelf within the company.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SeekOut (Austin, TX) in Dec 2021
Interview
The interview process at SeekOut was as casual of an experience as you can hope for. It felt comfortable, like I was just having a conversation rather than being "grilled".
I started with a basic phone screen with a recruiter, then interviewed with the VP of Sales, then with two existing Account Executives. After that, I interviewed with the co-founder/CEO, followed by a final "offer" interview with the Head of People.
