Standard interview process that was very straightforward and the transparency throughout was appreciated. The People team went above and beyond to remove the pain you typically feel when interviewing at other tech organizations.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at SeekOut
Interview
They will drag you through the process and make you “demo” in the end. There’s no rhyme or reason other than the fact they made some bad past hires and now you have to deal with their mistakes. Then they will pass on you with zero feedback from anyone in the company. Zero focus on the candidate experience. I wouldn’t waste time with these people as they clearly have no professional integrity.
