SeekOut interview questions

For a company that seemingly promote diversity in recruiting, this company ironically sucks at it so badly at the basic recruiting process. A recruiter followed up with me on my application and then didn't reply. I literally followed up multiple times for 3 weeks. She finally gave me a Zoom link with a time and then didn't show up. I followed up multiple times again and then finally met her over Zoom (She didn't apologize for even leaving me wait for 30 mins, assuming everything was fine???) . Where was your courtesy? She promised she would give me an update on my application after 1 day, but it's been 3 weeks without any response. Please avoid this company. The recruiter I was dealing with was straight up incompetent or doesn't give a damn about applicants. To sum up, it's been 1.5 months with a recruiter call, multiple follow-ups without responses, and I didn't know what my application status is.

4 rounds of interviews which seem standard. Most of the questions were reasonable although there was one that was particularly odd and not well explained at all. The interviewer was so awkward and unable to give feedback, very uncomfortable process. Again this was awkward even for working in tech. That portion of the interview and not hearing feedback after an onsite seemed unprofessional. I did enjoy the conversation with their VP of engineering, lots of technical experience at the higher level that was great to talk to.
