Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and we set up a phone interview. Never heard back so had to follow up myself only to find out they were looking for someone with more years of experience, even though my experience is clearly laid out on my LinkedIn profile. Waste of time for both parties and wish they screened candidates better before reaching out.
