One of the most arduous interview trails that I have ever been on. They will first call you about your interest in the position and give you generalization of the work, then it will move to a phone interview with the hiring manager, and if that goes well an in person interview and lunch at their HQ. After you've made it through the onsite one, you will either get called back in for another round to prepare you for a final conversation with the top executives. The technology is relatively simple, but the company lacks marketing information that clearly explains what they do and makes it difficult for interviewees to understand the big picture. Sefas also utilizes third party recruiters to fill positions, so the process will change with each position. The recruiter for the sales position was wonderful. She guided me through the entire process and helped me receive an offer.
