Interview
I had two virtual interviews with Segra for a network-related position. Each interview lasted between 30 minutes to an hour and was scheduled about a week apart. The scheduling process was smooth, and their response time was very good. I never felt left in the dark about the next steps.
The interviewers were professional, friendly, and gave me great feedback during and after the process. Even though I wasn’t ultimately selected for the role, I appreciated how communicative and respectful they were throughout.
Overall, it was a positive experience and left a good impression of the company and its hiring process.
