Select Medical Manager of Hospital Applications interview questions

Applied for Manager of Hospital Apps and was told that I lacked a medical background and should consider Oracle Implementation Analyst position that I was not aware was open. Against my better judgement I applied for this position and was told the hiring manager would contact me if my qualifications were a fit. After 18 days of no response I used my extensive network and found a trusted friend who had someone on the inside who informed me the position was filled. I then e-mailed the Recruitment Coordinator back to thank him for his time and was e-mailed back that I was still being considered for the position! 8 days later the RC informed me what I already knew 2 weeks prior. After each and every email the RC finished with- "Let me know if you have any questions"
