I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SelectQuote (Sealkati T.E. 252 No.Nlr) in Sep 2021
Interview
I had 3 interviews. The first was with a woman who was Recruited from within to help the hiring team find possible agents for the position, I could tell she was young and inexperienced. She told me that Select Quote was a great place to work but she only planned on staying there 3 or so years. 2nd interview was a little better but still amateur. The third interview was with a hiring manager on video, she did most of the talking and was training a group via her 2 other screens while she interviewed me which was a little distasteful. I was hired and accepted the job but am a little Leary going in.

Interview
It was a rather short process, without the need for several repeated interviews. The questions were standard with nothing unexpected. The recruiter was friendly and the job description matched the expectations of the job.

I applied online. I interviewed at SelectQuote (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Very smooth hire. Great company. Everything was explained. The interview itself was easy. The entire interview process took around 30 minutes. You have 2 rounds of interview. After the second interview you are told of you are hired.
First, they have a screening interview. Second, a phone interview. Finally, you will have a virtual one-on-one interview with a hiring manager.
During a phone interview, they ask you very simple questions and make sure you have a stable internet connection.
During a final virtual interview, they also ask you pretty simple questions regarding sales experience.
Overall, it was a fast and pleasant experience. The people there seemed nice and professional.
