The interview process was structured but friendly. I first completed an online application, followed by a short phone screening. Afterwards, I attended an in-person interview with two staff members who asked about my experiences working with young people, my communication style, and how I handle challenging situations. They also explained the organisation’s values and what the role involves. Overall, it was organised, supportive, and not too intimidating.
