Skype call with HR.
The person asked me to code FooBar program and was very suspicious if it works. That is very fun for non technical person.
Then he made a suspicious face and moved to another question - Object methods required for hash table based collections. I answered and he started telling another "clever" question from the list "How to hire a junior?".
I asked him if he read my resume and saw my code examples before asking this and he confirmed he did.
He decided to perform "hire a junior" challenge because I said that my current job assumes less coding. What a wise man.
But what about asking when I coded the last time? :-D
At this moment I decided to say good bye to this guy for being non professional.
HR being non technical person was asking trivial questions that even a junior can answer and noted something behind. I always stop such interviews with HRs comparing answers with a paper, because such interviewers verify only matching to exact words from paper they use.
I'm pretty sure there is an antipattern of doing this on an interview.
