I had my first initial call with Desiree. I have to say I don't think I have ever felt so at ease during an interview over the phone. She was clear, concise and made sure I was aware of everything about the role itself and the company culture. She answered all of my questions and followed up in a timely manner, unlike some companies where you have to wait weeks before you get any response. I ended up getting another job offer that was more aligned with my goals however I have to say she left a great lasting impression.
