Though the interview process was admittedly long, seldom throughout it was I left unaware of next steps or where I stood. Everyone I interacted with at Sellics was helpful and completely transparent about each step of the process, often times contextualizing individual questions to make sure I understood how my answers would translate into the key roles and responsibilities of the position. Here's an overview of the interview timeline:
-Day 1 : Applied via LinkedIn
-Day 8: Recruiter reached out about scheduling call
-Day 12: Screening call with recruiter, high-level discussion about qualifications and salary expectations (30 mins, remote)
-Day 13: Hour-long discussion with current Product Manager digging into specifics about prior experience (60 mins, onsite)
-Day 21: Deep dive into CV, case study presentation to current Product Managers and CEO (90 mins, onsite)
-Day 27: Interview with CEO, discussion surrounding biggest opportunities for Sellics and expectations for a successful candidate (60 mins, remote)
-Day 42: Lunch with team to make sure it's a good fit (60 mins, onsite)
-Day 43: Offer
Overall, a thorough and positive experience. I am tremendously excited about my future at Sellics.

Interview
It was fast and HR and hiring manager were very efficient in providing support and feedback. I received response on the next possible steps within a few days. Enjoyed talking to Felix, the hiring manager, he was great in providing on the spot feedback what didnt work out and areas for improvement.

Went through 3 rounds:
1. Recruiter screening round - discussing overall experience and explaining the role and company. Also explained the interview process and next steps.
2. Interview with Hiring Manager - discuss previous roles in detail, questions around different aspects of the role. More in-depth discussion about the role and the overall company.
3. Case Interview with a panel - Discussion of a case - lasted 30 mins and some more questions around basic product concepts.
I did not get successful but they arranged a feedback call with the hiring manager to discuss the overall interview more.
