I applied online on sellics career page and got an acknowledgement of application. Very next day received a shortlist email from the HR with a link to schedule the initial screening of 45 mins. The process then was as following: 1. Initial screening with HR over hangouts, questions around my interest in Sellics and Germany, background, work ex and some around fundamentals of Product management. 2. Post HR round a one hour hangout session with senior product lead, discussion about the position, working styles, org and team structure. 3. Case study and its solution as a home assignment and then 90 mins presentation to the product team and HR over hangouts. 4. Further discussion with a different member of the product team. 5. 1 hour Discussion with tech lead and stakeholder in Data science team. 6. 30 min discussion with the founder. 7. Offer roll out over email on the same day as the final interview. Some specifics: 1. Process was very fast and it got completed within 3 weeks, could have been completed in 2 weeks but I was not available for a few days due to work commitments. 2. All the interviews were conducted as video calls over hangouts. 3. Found everyone very polite, enthusiastic and keenly interested in discussions. 4. HR was very approachable throughout the process and accommodated all the requests regarding schedule changes, availability etc. She also arranged for additional calls with PM and Admin team so I could clarify my doubts post offer roll out. 5. Time given for case study solution was about a week. It was a time consuming assignment and took about ~6-7 hours to solve.
