Interview questions [4]
Question 1
Could you please describe your experience as QA Engineer?
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Sellics Marketplace Analytics (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process was very smooth and professional till the last round when they decided I am not a great fit for the position. Didn't even bother to give a proper feedback after doing the interview task and going down twice for the face to face interview. CTO did not even have courtesy to properly look into the face while answering questions. If it was a rejection in the initial rounds of interview then I wouldn't expect a feedback but this was the last round.
This shows how the company is least bothered about the employees and is only bothered about showing off how hip the company is with the elaborate photo display and what not.
Anyway, even if I had got a positive response I had decided not to join this company. Worst experience ever.
