Interview
First interview with HR discussing about my profile. We covered basic managerial questions. Second interview with the Hiring Manager. He was unprepared for the interview without a plan about what areas he wanted to cover. Regardless their good reviews, I believe they do not respect their candidates and the time spent to the process. I haven't got any feedback and that shows their real values. Unfortunately, it was a loss of time.

Interview
A recruiter dropped me an email to arrange a screen call.He asked me common managerial questions. After that I got a second email to arrange a call with the CTO of the company. Common questions too. I believe they do not know what exactly has to have their next Head of Engineering. Few days later I asked for feedback but no-one responded back to me. Lack of respect.I would advice to treat your candidates with respect by giving back constructive feedback, at the end of the day they spend their time for you.
