Sellics Marketplace Analytics Training and Development Manager interview questions

I had applied online for the Training and Development Manager role around 20th of January and the first interview, a phone screening, eventually did not happen at all. Received an email on 21st of January, with a suggested slot, for which I could not make it. Offered alternative slots. We agreed on a date and time. Afterwards, there have been last minute cancellations, days to chase the recruiter for replying to emails. Eventually, without actually having the respective first interview, I was informed they had sent an offer to a candidate. Essentially, I had wasted my time, for a month, juggling with my time, to be as flexible as I could, in arranging free slots for a first interview to happen. Very poort candidate experience.
