The process is fairly simple. The questions during the interview were quite easy, and the task was interesting. However, there was no feedback involved and they weren't sharing the information regarding the process status in a timely manner.
I was only informed about the process status when I asked for it. I was provided zero feedback on the actual test results, and I was completely ghosted when I asked about it for the second time. To this day, the reason for rejection is not clear to me (I only got a generic rejection email). I find this highly unprofessional, as I have invested my time to do the test.
