Interview
Our team typically higher former interns, so the interview is during the 16 month work term. I know of at least 10 employees that were previous interns including me. When I was higher back, I simply had an informal discussion with my former boss.

Interview
The company likes to higher through the 16 month internship process, so starting as an intern while in school is a great way to get connected and show your value. After I graduated, I was asked to return full time, and I did not need to be reinterviewed since the team was very familiar with me already.
