Question 1
I received a mix of experience-based questions and behavioral questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SendGrid (Denver, CO) in Nov 2016
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter, interested in finding out more about me. She was pleasant enough, seemed interested in finding the right fit for both company and potential employee. 2 weeks later, had a meeting with the hiring manager. She was given the wrong phone number by the coordinator so our 30 minute meeting was limited to only 15 mins. The recruiter actually asked more in depth questions that were relevant to the role than the manager, it was very rushed. Assume they weren't interested as I never heard back from anyone.

Question 1
Take me through your resume. Are you ok working for a small company?

Interview
Phone screening, then face to face. Well organized, good follow up information. I wish I had known a bit more about who was interviewing me beforehand to do some research, hiring manager vs. teammates, etc. I appreciated the follow up they gave about how it went and what the decision came down to for them, at the time.
